Refund policy

CANCELLATION POLICY

Until one week before the scheduled tour/rental, the client can ask to reschedule to another day, according to schedule availability; if he/she doesn’t want or can’t, the reservation amount will be returned.
One week before the tour, «Fishing Cascais» reserves the right to not refund the reservation amount, always giving the client the possibility to reschedule the tour according to schedule availability.
In case of the client arrives late, «Fishing Cascais» has no obligation to compensate the delay after the defined time of the end.
In case of damage to the boat, «Fishing Cascais» reserves the right to request a deposit of 300€ in order to cover the repairs to cover the repairs after estimate.

In case of bad weather conditions, that endanger the safety of the boat,
crew and passengers, «Fishing Cascais» has the liberty to propose rescheduling or refund of the reservation value, up to 12 hours from the time set for the tour.
In case of breakdown of the boat, «Fishing Cascais» will have the responsibility to arrange equivalent or superior boat. If this is not possible, the reservation fee will be refunded.
In case the sailing is forbidden by the competent authorities, «Fishing Cascais» may reschedule or refund the amount of the tour, according to the client’s choice.

Terms and Conditions

Up to one week before the scheduled tour/rental, the client can ask to reschedule for another day, according to availability; if the client do not want or cannot, the amount of the reservation will be refunded.
Before then a week for the tour, «Fishing Cascais» reserves the right not to refund the reservation amount, always granting the possibility of rescheduling the tour according to schedule availability.
If the customer arrives late, «Fishing Cascais» is under no obligation to compensate for the delay after the defined end time.
In case of damage to the vessel, «Fishing Cascais» reserves the right to ask for a deposit of €300 to cover the arrangements after budget.

In case of bad weather conditions, which jeopardizes the safety of the vessel, crew and passengers, «Fishing Cascais» is free to propose rescheduling or refunding the reservation amount, within 12 hours of the time set for the tour.
In case of vessel breakdown, «Fishing Cascais» will be responsible for arranging an equivalent or superior vessel. If unable to do so, «Fishing Cascais» will refund the reservation amount.
If navigation is prohibited by the competent authorities, «Fishing Cascais» may reschedule or refund the value of the tour, as chosen by the customer.
